The JobLeads Paid Ads project features a set of conversion-focused visuals created for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
The ads were produced during both the old and the new JobLeads brand phases, ensuring consistency while introducing stronger storytelling, clearer hierarchy, and more eye-catching compositions.
The creative direction combines conceptual, cinematic imagery with more realistic, professional-focused scenes to increase recognition and support funnel performance.

All visuals began with a clear understanding of the campaign goal, target audience, and funnel stage.
The creative process included three main phases:
1. AI concept generation and prompt engineering
Concepts were developed through ChatGPT and refined into detailed prompts for MidJourney.
Each image was generated using controlled parameters to achieve consistent lighting, style, and emotional tone.
2. Photoshop retouching
All AI-generated outputs were refined through professional retouching: lighting adjustments, color correction, compositing, sharpening, and brand-aligned finishing touches.
3. Final layout in Figma
The polished assets were adapted into complete ad compositions inside Figma, ensuring clarity, balance, and brand consistency.
All deliverables were produced in the required formats: 1:1 for feed ads and 9:16 for vertical placements across Meta and Google.
The new visual approach strengthened message clarity, emotional impact, and overall stopping power across paid platforms.
The mix of conceptual imagery and realistic professional scenes helped reach broader user segments without losing visual cohesion.
The ads contributed to stronger funnel performance and higher-quality traffic directed to JobLeads landing pages.
