JobLeads Thumbnails is a collection of multi-format visual assets designed to boost engagement, improve content discoverability, and increase click-through rates across Social Media.
Each thumbnail condenses the core message of a video or post into a single, attention-driven image that enhances clarity, trust, and overall visual consistency across channels.
The visuals were created during both the old and new JobLeads brand phases, supporting the company’s mission by helping professionals identify relevant content quickly and interact with confidence.

04. Design

All thumbnails followed a multi-step workflow adapted to both YouTube and social platforms requiring responsive ratios (16:9, 4:5, 1:1, 9:16).
The creative process included:

1. AI concept generation & prompt engineering
Visual concepts were ideated in ChatGPT and converted into detailed MidJourney prompts, designed to achieve consistent mood, lighting, and storytelling.

2. Image generation & Photoshop refinement
MidJourney outputs were retouched in Photoshop to improve composition, color balance, clarity, facial expression, and overall brand alignment.

3. Final layout in Figma
Each piece was composed in Figma, where typography, layout hierarchy, and responsive variations were created for all required formats.
This ensured seamless performance across YouTube and Instagram mainly.
