Revieve 2023

01. Overview

This is Revieve’s first short positioning video, an enterprise-grade technology platform that enables skin, beauty, health & wellness companies to transform the customer experience into relationship-driven through personalized experiences.

 

The video is designed to align with the key elements of the revieve´s pitch deck. In just over two minutes, it explains how Revieve’s platform operates, focusing on the cutting-edge technologies it leverages.

 

The video illustrates how Revieve enables major beauty and personal care brands to deliver personalized, long-lasting user experiences. Moreover, it empowers partner companies with complete control over their customers’ data and guarantees seamless integration with their existing ecosystems.

03. Objectives

  1. Build the video structure using the short script as a foundation.
  2. Draft a rough storyboard to provide a clear overview and time estimates.
  3. Determine the timing for each scene, ensuring the total video length stays between 2 and 2:30 minutes.
  4. Optimize a limited budget for stock footage, integrating VFX, editing, and creating all essential resources.
  5. Drive social media impact by crafting a more polished and visually captivating product to increase viewership.
  6. Use the brand guidelines to generate color palletes, fonts, and all the elements in the video.

04. Script

A one-pager script was the starting point. The video is composed of 6 video segments, plus the brand intro and outro: 

1. The platform.

2. Skincare & beauty journey.

3. Personalized lasting experiences.

4. Flexible modular technology.

5. Partner control.

6. Conclusion-closing.

05. Design

Once the task was fully described, and with the short script ready. I did a rough storyboard, estimated times approximately, and started searching and creating the resources needed for every scene. 

 

After the basic version was ready, we conducted two iterations with the product and marketing teams, gathering valuable feedback to refine the copy, effects, and final details.

 

Additionally, three different music versions were produced, and the team collectively voted on the option that best aligned with the brand’s overall tone and feel.

  • Following the implementation of this visual strategy in youtube, user engagement increased by 2000% over 2 months. Additionally, there was a significant improvement in viewing duration with a stronger audience retention.
  • This video campaign successfully captured the attention of key industry leaders, positioning the brand as a top player in the competitive landscape. 
  • Using tools such as Google Analytics, we tracked a measurable increase in organic traffic and social media shares.
  • The improvements made through this video have led to sustained audience interest and engagement, with continued growth in brand awareness and traffic six months after the campaign’s launch. 
  • The video reached more than 40K views on YouTube, and today it is still the main presentation video of revieve.
