The first important premise was that the platform should adopt a desktop format approach, as professional recruiters typically configure the processes on their work computers. The experience of the candidates was studied and designed through more than 20 Typeform questionnaires for recruiters and 50 more for candidates.

04. 3 Flow-UI

For the information architecture, the user experience was divided into four main sections:

1. Dashboard access:

Access to the dashboard is granted via a magic link that is sent to the user’s email, redirecting them to the login page.

2. Experience creation:

Es el menú principal en que se pueden crear, seleccionar , duplicar y archivar experiencias así como clasificarlas para una mejor navegación.

3. Experience configuration:

Based on various configurable items such as vacancy data, details and theme, soft and hard skills, along with extras in the pro version. All are configurable and assigned numerical values.

4. Experience results:

The system automatically classifies individuals who complete the experience, indicating who has been selected, dismissed, and providing detailed information about each experience and candidate.
